Body, Mind, Spirit, Transformation (BMST),  The Wellness system

Body: Water's buoyancy and its healing properties when used in hydrotherapy help amputees overcome physical and range of motion limitations. This healing therapy coupled with other healing modalities such as yoga, meditation, sound healing, acupuncture, and other pain management techniques allow wounded warriors to manage range of motion and pain challenges. Onsite medical physicians, physical therapists, nutritionists, and holistic practitioners will provide other specific regimes for wellness.

Mind: Wounded warriors will receive brain analysis, meditation techniques, art therapies and counseling to help them cope with their loss and rebuild their image of wholeness. Meditation and other therapies will provide them with techniques that they can take with them to aid in sustaining mental balance and calmness. Counseling will provide immediate feedback and support. This counseling will also include the warrior's spouse and immediate family. The inclusion of family members help in developing a well informed support structure for the warrior.

Spirit: The warrior's personal spiritual/religious paths will be acknowledged and guidance made available if requested. This spiritual support can extend to their families.

Transformation (From Wounded to Well): Once the individual focused areas, Body, Mind and Spirit are addressed, there will be programs for the warriors to participate to assist in coalescing these focused areas in collective situations.
