| Concept of the Operation
1. MHTs will be established in every FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) regions
2. Deployment priority will be based on demographics of the largest population of Reserve and National Guard service members
3. Length of stay will be determined on 2 above and the number of responses from the advanced notice advertisements to each city or town
4. Town Hall meetings will be held prior to the Teams arrival
5. Deployment of Teams and conduct Healing support activities onsiite
6. Prior to departure Town Hall meetings to provide information and receive feedback
7. Central Headquarters will provide sustaining support, monitor follow-ups, and provide a 24 hour Hot Line.
8. MHT will revisit each site on an established schedule to provide sustained support
